At HOBBYWING North America, we stand behind our high-performance power systems and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in new and unused condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories and manuals. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be processed.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
